The recruitment team at MedicalTalentNetwork Recruiting would be happy to receive your speculative application, assist in refining your documents if necessary, and suggest suitable positions for you. The background search is conducted anonymously, ensuring that employers only learn your identity after you have given explicit permission. This way, you maintain full control over your data, which you can have deleted at any time without needing to provide a reason. This service is free of charge for you as an applicant.

Are you a doctor but do not yet have a professional licence or the German Approbation?
The recruitment team at MedicalTalentNetwork Recruiting is happy to receive your speculative application, even if you are not yet authorised to work as a doctor in Germany. We will still include you in our MedicalTalentPool and provide you with the essential information you need to obtain a professional licence. Any additional services, such as finding an observership position - a so called "hospitation" - are chargeable and will be offered by the recruitment team if needed.

Have you completed your training as a qualified nurse in Germany or do you hold a qualification recognised in Germany?

The background search is conducted anonymously, ensuring that employers only learn your identity after you have given explicit permission. This way, you maintain full control over your data, which you can delete at any time without needing to provide a reason. The service is not only free of charge for you as an applicant, but you will also receive a loyalty bonus of €3,000 from MedicalTalentNetwork upon placement: €1,500 immediately after starting your job and another €1,500 after successfully completing your probation period (6 months).

What happens to your application documents?
When you send us an application—whether for an advertised position or a speculative application—we assess whether your profile could match the desired position or if we can find a suitable role for you within our network. This process is based on our extensive pool of job offers from leading companies in the healthcare sector and our connections with numerous employers in this field.
If we don't find an immediate match, we retain your documents in our MedicalTalentNetwork and continuously compare your profile with new job offers as they come in. Our goal is to find the best candidates for employers—and the most suitable new job for you.
Your profile is initially forwarded to potential employers anonymously. If you are interested in a position and an employer wishes to get to know you, we will facilitate contact with your consent. This way, you always have full control over your data, which you can delete at any time without providing a reason. Simply send an email to datenschutz@medicaltopjobs.de.

What costs will you incur when using the services of MedicalTalentNetwork Recruiting as an applicant?
If you apply through our application form, either speculatively or for a specific job offer from MOG Ärztevermittlung—a division of MedicalTalentNetwork—your data will be entered into the MedicalTalentNetwork.
There are no costs for you as an applicant. Additionally, the support from our recruitment team in preparing your documents and in finding and securing a suitable position is also free of charge, provided you hold a recognised professional qualification and a valid work permit in Germany.
If you do not have a recognised professional qualification and a valid work permit in Germany, we will still include your data in our MedicalTalentPool and provide you with the basic information needed to obtain a professional licence. Membership in the MedicalTalentPool, which includes listing your data and preparing your documents into a professional dossier until you obtain recognition of your qualifications and a valid work permit, is free.
Any services beyond this, such as finding an observership position - a so called "hospitation" - for applicants without a professional licence, are chargeable and will be offered by the recruitment team as needed.
